Very poor customer service with what this owner refers to as a “business”. My father bought me and my husband a couples massage via groupon last Christmas. She was booked out for months because she only offers them 1 day a week… So I booked for about 4-5 months out one of the soonest available appts. Unfortunately had a bad experience upon arrival. would not recommend. I had a Groupon in which clearly stated that it never expires, and was not accepted. Taking my weekly business elsewhere.
I can't speak to the quality of the services here because I had nothing but trouble trying to make an appointment with this "Muscle Whisperer." Took me months to get my appointment due to lack of availability on the booking site. Called and left messages and emailed and never heard back. So, after finally getting a booking for 1.5 months later, she canceled the night before. Very unprofessional.
