Best gym I’ve ever been to. Shay always has different and exciting workouts, I always leave a workout tired and sore and feeling stronger than before. Great environment, great equipment, very kind and caring people as well! I am always being encouraged and pushed to my potential- this place treats you like family. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get an amazing workout, see results fast, and be around people that push you to be your best self!
An absolutely incredible workout! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get in a quick workout 35 minutes you get all your major movements in and it's really great for programming for everyday couldn't be more of a fan. Shay and Heather will sort you out in terms of monthly pricing.
