I have been a part of this gym for a month now and I can't tell you how much I LOVE it!!! I got burned out with my past gym/bootcamp classes and this girl are refreshed my desire to want to work out. The workouts are challenging and push me. Coach Shay keeps you motivated and never repeats his workouts!! it's a very encouraging community and the members uplift you when you need it the most.
THIS IS IT!! The most amazing bootcamp gym in Dacula! The vibe is unmatched & the workouts are tailored to your physical capability & goals. There are no cookie cutter workouts going on here! My strength training has been so effective! Highly recommend!

Best gym I’ve ever been to. Shay always has different and exciting workouts, I always leave a workout tired and sore and feeling stronger than before. Great environment, great equipment, very kind and caring people as well! I am always being encouraged and pushed to my potential- this place treats you like family.
