Went to see this provider & stated that I wanted to bill insurance. (I even asked if he was affiliated with my insurance provider before I booked an appointment.) He never billed my insurance & just deducted the full amount of the visit from my health saving account. So I paid for the full session out of pocket at $70 when I was only responsible for a $15 co-pay. Casey refuses to bill my insurance or provide a refund. I will never return.
The place to go if you need a deep tissue massage. Really pays attention to any prior injuries. Takes insurance!
