I ran a marathon and sustained a lower leg injury. I wasn’t sure how serious, but I wasn’t recovering as fast as I’d hoped, and needed to figure it out! John fit me in on a Friday evening. John is incredibly knowledgeable about how the muscles and bones interact and has an incredible ability to help relieve tightness and pain in your body. I've referred numerous friends and family to him and they all rave about him. I've also had four different doctors mention John in discussions not knowing that I already knew him.
John is incredible. I went to him due to some chronic neck pain that was causing headaches as well as tension in general as I tend to hold stress in my shoulders and back. Not only did John treat me in a way that stopped my headaches, he taught me a lot about how my body works and why some other things I may have tried has not worked well for me. He is smart, intuitive and truly has healing hands.
John is AMAZING. A true healer. Listens, gets to the core root of the concern and is genuine, kind and compassionate. Everyone should see him!!
There are not enough stars to give to this review to express how wonderful John Gifford is! Exceptional master of physiology Who takes great care to listen and apply various modalities to Target root cause of pain and limitations. Wonderful manner and truly caring. John’s skilled myotherapy has done wonders for my back and hip pain. 💯 recommend !
