UPDATE: I earlier posted a one star review. Since then I was able to talk to the accounts manager and straighten things out it what seemed very fair to me. I would like to be 5 stars, but the lack of paperless billing prevents that. It is my understanding that paperless billing is on the way. The people with whom I interacted were professional and attentive to my needs. I am very pleased with the MS Elecrtic Board. Can't wait for paperless billing !
Highway robbery. My home bill went up more than 100% than the same time last year because they decided to give me a “new meter”. You can talk to them all you want and they won’t make it right. It’s either you pay what they want you to pay or they cut your power off. They must not know that people actually work for a living and money doesn’t grow on trees.
I've been calling since 8 AM, it says you're open but there is a recording saying that you're closed due to the weather. I tried speaking with someone but they told me that I need to call back when you're open. I'm comfused
