Sophia was brilliant from the first appointment! I don't know why I didn't do this sooner - she fixed a problem I had for 6 months that physiotherapy couldn't help in one session!! I have been seeing Sophia for several years and during that time she has attended a variety of courses and applied the new knowledge into my sessions. She is kind, patient and explains what she is going to do and why. I have noticed a significant change in my stance and the way my body moves when I walk.
