Nov. 2024 I had been renting a small storage locker for nearly a year at $30 a mo. Always made my payments on time. Stopped by 2 weeks early to prepay for next month. Was told "rent went up from $30 a mo. to $45 a mo." I understand inflation but, +50% increase in the price is ridiculous! Moved my things out!
