Our Transportation Servicing Provider (TSP) contracted this company for our move. After multiple attempts to contact and confirm packing and moving dates, this company (on the day of the scheduled move) dropped us as a client without any notice. The communication to and from this company’s employees leaves much to be desired. Would highly recommend finding a more responsive team with better customer service.

Would strongly recommend that find another location for storage. Had 3 units here after lost our house and owner right after we rented them doubled the price on them without telling us and hit us with unbelievable late fees that was impossible to do. Paid him over $2k in less then a year which more them covered our rent but his uped rates with late fees was noway for me to pay it and stop fees paid him $1,200 to gain access was locked out very next day again paid another $1,000 was able to get in again discovered unit right ... read more
