We hired Muscle Movers based on an estimate from their salesperson, Sebastian, who quoted our move at 6 hrs. total — 3 hrs. to load our 3-story home and 3 hrs. to unload into our 2-story home. Unfortunately, that estimate was extremely inaccurate! The movers arrived around 9:00 a.m., and it took until about 5:00 p.m. just to load their truck. Nate (aloha), Nathaniel & Tony surpassed our expectations on all levels! We didn't have a lot, but what he did have was complicated. We had an electric love sofa ($1K) and he had a large electric bed! They moved our items as if we were their family and it all arrived in perfect condition! My $1K dining room table and 6 chairs were not damaged and they placed it in our new house exactly where we asked them to.
