I've been going to this gym for about four months now, and I can confidently say that this is the best gym I have gotten to attend. I've never been very athletic, but I wanted to be, and after graduating from college I floated around various gyms to try and get serious about lifting. I'm generally pretty shy and self-conscious, and I felt out of place at every gym I tried, and being gay didn't help that. Muscle + Mindset is different, though. Amanda has helped my 20-year-old son with power lifting etc. and has done an outstanding job. I highly recommend her.
Visited from out of town and the guest pass process was extremely easy. The facility is super inclusive and has top notch equipment for Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. I recommend this facility to anyone serious about lifting.
