Zafir was amazing with my massage, friendly and focused on all my pains. I immediately saved his number to book again. Already clearing my schedule to go back.
He was very knowledgeable of how muscles tie together and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
He is very skilled at what he does and so detailed in his work!
Zafir is awesome! He was able to fit my son in on very short notice. My son said that he could feel a noticeable difference in his lower back tightness almost immediately.
One of the best masssges I’ve had! Between strength training at the gym and doing yard work, my back was aching, but I had been putting off the discomfort for months until it became too much. Zafir did a wonderful job working out the muscle knots that had developed back there and did a light massage on my legs too. I felt so much better at the end of my first appointment and regretted waiting so long to make one. I highly recommend Zafir and Muscle Menders Massage if you’re also dealing with aches and muscle knots.
