It’s not an exaggeration to say that Braden @ Muscle + Memory Bodywork has changed my life! I came to Braden after a total knee replacement and 8 weeks of physical therapy. I've had hundreds of massages while living in Thailand and have a good sense of how adept someone is in the language of the body. It's immediatly obvious Braden knows this language fluently and is working not just physically but energetically.
Braden is an excellent massage therapist, and I do not say this lightly. He is quite skilled at Deep tissue and Somatic work, highly intuitive, and takes great care with each session to ensure that I get the massage that I need. His manner is extremely professional and makes me feel very safe with each visit. I enthusiastically recommend his massage!
