I’ve been seeing Laiton as needed over the past 5 or so years for numerous different niggles - by far the most knowledgeable Myo I have seen and always manages to work out the issue and provide me with exercises to fix them right up. Super happy with the service & will continue visiting whenever new niggles come up. Thanks Laiton

I’ve struggled with lower back pain for a few years now and I’ve seen many physios and myo’s, but I can finally say that I now have a solution and an answer. Laiton is very knowledgeable and works to find the cause of an issue and treat that rather than just a massage and move on… I’m very grateful for what I’ve learnt and how I can adjust my technique in the gym to avoid injury. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve already seen an improvement! Highly recommend!!!
Laiton was fantastic and knows his craft. I would highly recommend. I had some swimming injuries and Laiton did a great job elevating the pain and tension. I've been back a few times and I as good as new
