I tried Muscle Mechanics for the first time and had an appointment with Bridget Black, and I have to say I was very impressed. I’m a pretty picky client when it comes to bodywork. My daughter gave me a gift certificate for Christmas so I went for my first massage ever. Ashley was so wonderful! She explained the process before and during so I knew what to expect. The bed was so warm and comfortable, a really great atmosphere over all. I'm a diabetic and have cervical disc issues and she was so informative and aware of my needs. Bridget Black is a godsend. I scheduled for my first lymphatic massage but when arriving she had read my online profile where I stated I had severe plantar fasciitis. She asked if I wanted to focus on that instead, that she could help me. I have suffered 3 years and in 3 sessions she has helped me more than any doctor has helped. I finally feel progress and she has relieved a good portion of my pain. She listens and treats the source. I never even knew massage could be the answer to plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend her.
