We set up a move with Muscle Mann about three weeks before our move. They confirmed multiple times, once about five days before and once the night before the move. However, they never showed up. Furthermore, they never called with an explanation or returned any of my calls. We ended up having to get other movers for the following day, who did manage to show up. It really shouldn't be difficult, but it is apparently for Muscle Mann.
