Update May 2026: Although there is no shortage of "motivational" signs posted here, this gym is missing perhaps the most needed one: one that lists gym etiquette tips, such as walking behind someone when they are looking in the mirror while completing their set in the weight room. I have been continually walked in front of here, and today, when I was exasperated and could stand no more, I abruptly told someone to go behind me to re-rack her weights instead of walking in front of me. Very clean and well equipped gym. Tuesday morning yoga with Christine is an amazing class!
This is a great gym with plenty of nice new equipment, including lots of dumbbels and a kettlebell set. There are locker rooms and also a sauna and tanning booth. Logan is super helpful and the place is clean, spacious, and arranged nicely. There are antibacterial gel dispensers throughout.
This gym is perfect for people visiting the ozarks! It’s very clean, beautiful equipment and prices are very good for weekend pass!
