Always encouraged to see the Founder there, still looking amazing in her 60s! This gym is about results, not your wallet. I started with 6wks to get fit to be in the Tampa Carnival Parade 4-20-24. The trainer, Jay, whipped me into shape and I was ready! I love this gym! Especially because there's always another parade a few months away - now I can stay ready! 😁🎉🎉🎉💪🏽2026 and I'm still going 🙌🏾
