Always encouraged to see the Founder there, still looking amazing in her 60s! This is a gym that is about results, not your wallet. I started right after a broken foot with 30 days before time to be in the Tampa Carnival Parade 4-20-24. The trainer, Jay, whipped me into shape and I was ready! I love this gym! Especially because there's always another parade a few months away - now I can stay ready! 😁🎉🎉🎉💪🏽

Trainer named Freddy is nice but gives unsolicited advice when you just want to workout in peace. Makes you want to find out his schedule so you don’t go when he is there. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable because you know he is watching you. Other than that, nice gym!

Another hidden gem I found in Las Vegas . Needing a place to workout while taking care of family business, Muscle and fitness gym helped me with my time frame here to get me signed up so I could get some workouts in while here in Vegas . No contracts, staff is really nice and I can come in at anytime. The gym has everything you need to maintain or build more muscle .
