Always encouraged to see the Founder there, still looking amazing in her 60s! This is a gym that is about results, not your wallet. I started right after a broken foot with 30 days before time to be in the Tampa Carnival Parade 4-20-24. The trainer, Jay, whipped me into shape and I was ready! I love this gym! Especially because there's always another parade a few months away - now I can stay ready! 😁🎉🎉🎉💪🏽

Trainer named Freddy is nice but gives unsolicited advice when you just want to workout in peace. Makes you want to find out his schedule so you don’t go when he is there. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable because you know he is watching you. Other than that, nice gym!
