I would absolutely recommend this gym! They have classes every day, ranging from yoga to boxing. I had the opportunity to take one almost each day, and I can genuinely say I enjoyed all of them. All of the coaches/trainers are very friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to teach you properly. Same for the staff!

Visited this gym as a British tourist on a day pass. Really helping and welcoming staff and a smooth process from walking in the door to immediately attacking the weights. Excellent machines and equipment. Would strongly recommend. Thank you
I can honestly say this is the best gym I've ever been a part of. Not only is the space clean and well-quipped, but the people here truly make the difference. From the front desk to the trainers, everyone is welcoming and makes you feel like you belong. I've been doing personal training with Andrew Stebbins here, and they've been a game-changer for me. This is a truly excellent gym, and I recommend it even if you are just going for weight training. The equipment is well-maintained, there is a lot of it to accommodate the number of clients, and the gym is clean. The staff and owners are also friendly and reasonable. Due to life changes, I had to end my membership, but I would join again in a heartbeat if I were in the area and able to do so. This may be the best gym I have ever belonged to.
