Awesome gym experience for my 9 year old over the summer to keep up with his strength and conditioning.
I’ve been to 3 different sports focused gyms and none of them stand out like Muscle Farm. Kyle Pratt and Jess Dunn built a program specifically for me and my needs that helped be lower my 40 yard dash time and increase my strength. Their attention to detail and their willingness to help you with whatever you need has led to an amazing experience. By far my favorite gym i’ve ever worked in and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon.
