I had a very mixed experience at Muscle Factory Fitness. Curtis is great one on one. Their business practices are suspect however. I paid up front for a discount and received less than 1/2 of the sessions before being asked for additional funds. I gave another deposit before COVID struck. Now that gyms have opened up, the business manager has refused to honor the sessions that were paid for. A scheduled appointment was missed as well after my (6) attempts to compromise and find a solution that worked for both of us. Business... read more
RESULTS! I have been steadily seen results. I have lost over the 70lbs with them. Down 3 sizes. Put on a ton o muscle. I am looking forward to continuing my journey with the Muscle Factory family!
