I highly recommend Jen for great knowledge on getting results for muscle injuries. I added her program to my other Drs (chiro and PT). She gave me back my daily life/activities without anymore pain.
Jen is a miracle worker! I’ve had chronic hip pain for a long time and after one session I feel much relief. She’s very knowledgeable and was able to source my pain and work her muscle magic to get me on the path to recovery. I’m amazed and looking forward to my next session.
After being inactive due to a hip injury that no one could figure out,it only took Jen a few sessions to get things moving. At 51, I thought that daily pain and stiffness was the norm, but everytime I leave Jen after a MAT session I feel less pain and more movement! She really listens and really knows the body. A while ago I strained my left shoulder. The pain gradually got worse to the point of where I couldn’t turn over in bed or pull up my covers w my left arm. The pain even made me feel like throwing up. Dr diagnose was impingement of Left shoulder, biceps tendonitis and rotator cuff tendonitis. Recommendation was therapy.
