After being inactive due to a hip injury that no one could figure out,it only took Jen a few sessions to get things moving. At 51, I thought that daily pain and stiffness was the norm, but everytime I leave Jen after a MAT session I feel less pain and more movement! She really listens and really knows the body. She's amazing and I would recommend her to everyone
A while ago I strained my left shoulder. The pain gradually got worse to the point of where I couldn’t turn over in bed or pull up my covers w my left arm. The pain even made me feel like throwing up. Dr diagnose was impingement of Left shoulder, biceps tendonitis and rotator cuff tendonitis. Recommendation was therapy. Jen Hecht of MAT worked w me for 3 consecutive sessions snd I feel awake and alive again. Pain slows every thing down and unable to think straight. Thanks Jen. Jen is amazing at what she does! I had several sessions with her last year after a mountain bike crash injured my shoulders and limited my range of motion. She was able to fix the limitation and get my range of motion back 100%! This year I developed a pain in my hip that she resolved in one session and I was able to ride the Leadville 100 MTB race a few days after with no hip pain at all! Thanks Jen!! :)
