A complete scam artist. We purchased a vehicle from him and he went to the county to do the tax, title and license and wrote the county not ONE but TWO hot checks. We now have the county and the Sheriff office reach out to us since the title was transferred to us. After we finalized the paperwork it took him over 3 weeks to deliver the car to us. My husband purchased a BMW from Nick back in October 2022. He gave us a warranty for 6 months. Starting in December, the car starts showing low coolant. My husband addressed the issue to Nick but never made time to have our car checked by his mechanic. My husband would just check the coolant whenever the light would come on. I purchased a vehicle from here a couple of months ago. Upon purchasing, I was issued a warranty certificate where there were no terms and conditions. I lived about a 4 hour drive away from the dealership and since it was a relatively new car I purchased I decided to drive it home.
