I have tried many different modalities to address my pain and muscle weakness. Muscle Activation is the only technique that has successfully built up my neuromuscular system tolerance level. Thus, I'm healthier, feel better and can accomplish more physical activities. JR is a well educated MAT practitioner who I trust to treat my muscle weakness, pain and decreased range of motion.
