Unfortunately I’m not impressed with the customer service. The girl at the counter is very off putting. I’ve been to this location a couple of times. I consistently hear staff yelling through the glass windows. The women’s bathroom was a disaster, no paper towels and toilet paper sitting on top of dispensers with old rolls attached…. Ew. Staff has time to sit on stools with their phones but can’t check on the bathrooms? Oil change was great today! It’s the customer service and professionalism that needs tweaked.
They haven't even worked on my car yet but customer service is five stars already. I had to reschedule twice and they are polite and quick to move my spot when other places in town are weeks out. Edit: they worked on my car and it's still 5 stars. Edit#2: a year later, still 5 stars.
Scheduled a set of tires replaced online. Called and was told to come in. When I arrived they gave no Indication that I should reschedule or just it be a drop off. I work nights so I made myself comfortable in the waiting area and one of the techs seemed pretty annoyed. Informed me of a issue and said "I don't want you to buy new tires until this is fixed" yes. Decent quality work. I did have to bring it back for an adjustment or two, but it wasn't a very big deal and they stood by their word and quickly fixed the issues without further charges, both times.
