We were traveling on a trip to Des Moines when we noticed our tire picked up a nail. Called car-x got an appointment quickly and was greeted by Justin. He took care of us promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend car-x for your service needs. Justin is an asset for this company. I would definitely come here again and request Justin.
I had a leak in one of my tires. Called and got an appt for today! They found a nail and repaired the tire- in & out in 30 mins!
I take my vehicles there for all their service. The manager is great the service is great the prices are great. Highly suggest using that facility
Called and asked if they could put a tire on a rim without an appointment. They said come in half an hour. Left maybe 5 minutes later with it done. I will definitely come back next time I need something.
As a young woman who feels like im always getting scammed or intimidated when going into an auto shop, I know I can always trust Karissa to give great customer service, and genuinely care about her people. Car RX can be a bit pricey, but for me it's totally worth it if I know I can trust the people who work there. I have never had to go back to have things corrected too. They always do a great job. And karissa always tries to work with me with price. Karissa is my go-to!!
