I had taken my Xbox elite controller to them to fix stick drift and fix a couple wires, when they got done they hooked it to there computer to test it out the only thing responding was the home button, they gave me a text telling me this and told me I wasn’t going to be charged for anything so I picked it up took it home tried it out on my Xbox and it turns out it does work there app must’ve just been malfunctioning, I’m thankful for them fixing my controller so I went back and paid them for there time if I have any issues I... read more
It was awesome working with Michael. He fixed my phone in a timely matter. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service.
Updated my software on my IPhone and wasn’t allowing me to send text messages to Android users. Went my T-Mobile agent with no luck of fixing my phone. Gave me the address to Muscatine Tech went in and the gentleman working looked into it no giving up and got my phone fixed to send text to my friends with Androids. 10/10 customer service and will definitely go back if i ever run into any issues with my devices. I highly recommend Muscatine Tech. I phone carriers to T-Mobile and got a new phone. The next morning it was locked and asked for a password which I never set one up. Went to T-Mobile and they had no clue what to do. Muscatine Tech was able to get into my phone. It had to be restored to factory rest but he was able to restore most of my information. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
