Very friendly and professional with all staff. Dr Lagone was great very nice and personable.
Rude and unprofessional front end staff. Dirty office with overflowing trash cans. Doctor was unprofessional by using dirty instruments. She pulled tools out of a drawer, used and drew blood on a toenail, then put tools uncleaned back in same drawer. She also used a Dremel that was dirty with other toenail dust. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
Horrible and very unprofessional office. Mr. Lagone gave me the wrong treatment and I had to seek treatment at another podiatrist who confirmed that his methods were not the most effective. Their office constantly messed up my appointment times causing me a lot of inconvenience as we constantly had to reschedule. They blamed it on their computers and were very rude and unaccommodating in their mistakes and mess ups. Mrs Lagone gave me the wrong diagnosis or just flat out lied about me having a bone spur on my heel. I went to 2 other orthopedic doctors and they both confirmed that I did not have a spur on my heel. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I don't think she knows how to read an x ray
