I was hoping to use his services, however, in addition to being extremely rude and unprofessional, when I called him he treated as if I were an annoyance to him; it was as if I were being rude by calling to hire him for his services. Typical L&I provider that is quick to dismiss claims if he can get away with it. Having an L&I attorney probably won't help. My attorney was Small Snell Weiss and Comfort in Tacoma. Kathy Comfort is a very experienced L&I attorney and was a great help with fighting L&I to force them to pay me what they owed. But when it came time to fight the denial and closing my claim my attorney told me I need "tens of thousands of dollars" to pay for truly independent medical testing to file the appeal.
