They were friendly and made me feel at home. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never been late to any of my appointments.
