Muscarella & Associates are successful at dragging things out unnecessarily. In their own words, "we are a small firm." Their small size appears to equate with lacking the bandwidth to move matters forward for their clients in a timely manner. The attorney's do not communicate IF and when they communicate, they lack substance and transparency. Unfortunately, a Zero Star option is not available. FIND BETTER REPRESENTATION.

This office is self-proclaimed "small" and unfortunately, represented our estate in probate poorly. They lacked responsiveness, thorough knowledge of the law with regard to special circumstances and lost our estate a lot of money. Muscarella & Associates is unresponsive to emails, phone calls and when the attorney finally gets back to you, it's with incomplete/fragmented information. Take your business to a larger firm, that will likely have more staff to serve your matter appropriately.

This firm did the absolute least amount of work required to cross the finish line. All while intentionally dragging our probate matter into a 5th year-this increasing interest earned on the estate ($ in the bank) bumping their paycheck. There was no reason for the matter to continue this long! Additionally, there were multiple cases of fraud & forgery against the estate and they did nothing to inform the court of these documented abuses.
