Well it’s been a long battle. It all started 2 years ago when I was falsely accused of touching a person in public. Spent 5 days in jail for something I did not do. After my attorney deposed these horrible people It was even more obvious that they were liars. Unfortunately it did not end in a dismissal but a plea deal for battery. I hired musca law firm in april to represent me in my case. I was charged a ten thousand dollar retainer . The attourney they assigned seemed overworked and lacked sny kind of real interest in getting my case resolved or being proactive at all.
