My experience with the doctor was fine, but this is the 3rd gyno office I have gone to who has billed me incorrectly for my annual well woman visit that is covered for free by insurance plans. I am tired of being threatened to be sent to collections for accessing a free service through my insurance. I also met my OOP max for my insurance, so there is absolutely NO reason for me to be receiving a letter stating I owe money and that I will be sent to collections if I do not pay.
