From the minute I walked into this office I felt welcome. The receptionist greeted me and was so kind. I only waited for about 5 mins before I was called back by the nurse. She was amazing as well. She asked questions, showed empathy and stated she would speak with the doc about everything before he came into the room. Dr. Armstrong was absolutely amazing! Great bed side manner, very informative, thorough, reassuring and knew most of my history before I even began to speak. Very impressed with this office!
Never called me back during an emergency
Sherilyn (I hope I spelled her name right) Wilburn is such a sweet heart and so are the nurse's and I LOVE the lab tech and the ultrasound tech I saw for my first ultrasound! The waiting room is a very calming place to sit while you're waiting to be called back, the ultrasound room is comfortable and there's a big flat screen tv that you can see the ultrasound on, and the patient rooms seem to have a very calming effect on me and I just all around LOVE the office!
Had my first appointment here after leaving a practice I just wasn't happy with anymore and I'm so glad I came here! As soon as I walked in I was pleased by the calming atmosphere and the cleanliness. As someone that gets anxiety before appointments this is huge for me. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, from office staff, nurses, ultrasound tech, lab and NP. This is my third pregnancy, but the first appointment EVER that I was never once rushed out or had to wait +2hrs, they listened to every concern I had with compass... read more
