I 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Being new to town, I went for one appt, even with a scheduled appt I still ended up having to wait almost 40 minutes but it was fine because the doctor was really nice! The second appt was absolutely horrible! For a scheduled appt I ended up waiting about an hour, once called back, I waited in the second waiting room for about 20 minutes. I question some of the authenticity the doctors here drum up. I went every month during my pregnancy only to be see by different doctors each time. The wait was long, like 2 hours long each time. They said it was supposed to 'introduce me' to the doctors there, but I doubt that was really necessary. I also only received 2 total pictures of the baby in utero, in contrast to getting a picture every time in my former pregnancy in another state. 2.9 stars is being gracious, if I could give zero stars I would. OB Mandi Grant was extremely rude and took none of the concerns seriously. Kept repeating that she's done this for 25 years so she knows what she's doing with a smirk. She contradicted every thing 3 other OB's have said and refused to send a high risk patient to a high risk doctor even after saying they qualified for one. The providers were amazing!! But as I was in the room waiting to see my doctor.I heard a lot of yelling and cursing I wasn’t sure what was going on.I stepped out to use the restroom and it was an employee , I’m not sure what the situation was .I was going to mention it to Dr.Miranda but I’m sure she heard it all. other than that Miranda Thomas was amazing and very nice and she listened. I will be back to see her.Hopefully it’s a better experience next time because she is so nice but the staff there seems to be the rowdy ones... read more
