The Women’s Pavilion is designed to educate and prepare expectant moms for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and caring for newborns. Labor, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) rooms are equipped with special beds for moms that are designed to convert to different positions as labor progresses. After your delivery, a certified lactation consultant will visit you and assist with any breastfeeding questions you may have. The front desk staff, as well as Dr. Jennifer, were all very respectful and helpful. Dr. Jennifer provided me with beneficial information regarding my healthcare needs. Very thankful for their time and patience.
If you want consistent and complete quality care, this is the place of choice in Florence hospitals. I have had two high risked pregnancies and trusted this team of obstetricians/ gynecologists.. I ended up quite impressed! Dr Boyd, Dr Hemingway, Dr Patchett, Dr StoneRock, A wonderful well equipped nurse practitioner Miranda Driggers and the lovely Dr Suffrant just to name a few of the staff I have had the pleasure of getting top care and quality reassurance from. The front desk lady was very rude, I was going to be a first time patient here and they denied a pregnant person because I did not have a id on me…… the other staff was very rude too. They took forever to get me an appointment ( I’ve waited over a month for an appointment) and the waiting room was filled with other pregnant woman. I highly do not recommend you put your child’s life in there hands just off of the front desk nasty mouth .
