I think people should know this office refused to even speak with me before I drove five hours with my son. They wouldn’t let me sign a medical release form until I was there in person — which means they wouldn’t have even looked at his records until after I arrived. Huge red flag. We took our daughter to Dr Whites office after our previous ENT had a health issue and could not perform the extraction surgery for tubes in her ear. The experience was awful. He recommended taking the tubes out and replacing them and she is 6 years old! No one does that. Not only did we receive awful medical advice, we also were charged for a 45 minute consultation when he took one look at her ears, said we need to replace them and left.
