The worst experience. I called MUSC to schedule a visit with a Urologist specializing in a specific issue I was having last year. The one who was there apparently moved, so the scheduling assistant scheduled me with a different Urologist. When Doctor Clarke arrived to the patient room, I showed him my documentation as to why I was there and he told me that I wasted my time, that he wasnt the right doctor to see for my specific issue, that he only focused on cancer related issues. Meh but MUSC usually makes me feel like I'm just an account # they can try and squeeze more money out of. I don't feel like I was cared for as an individual and I'm definitely still having the same problem that I went to them for in the first place. No help to me.
I have been dealing with MUSC for 8 years and all of my experiences have been top notch. This was by far my worst ever experience with MUSC. From scheduling all the way up. I Had procedure done back in January. About a week and a half after the procedure i was experiencing a lot of pain and swelling. Called and emailed numerous times before i could get a response.
