Don't try to schedule anything with these guys. They tell you they will call you back but never do. Don't get put on hold with them either because they will hang up on you. Just go to McLeod.
I couldn't be more happy with my experiences at Tricia Browns office it starts from the check in to her medical assistant to the provider. I actually feel like I'm heard and cared for. The first 2 urologist I had did not set well with me and were a waste of my time. But now after seeing Tricia I feel like there's hope there and that gives me some peace of mind.
Been calling everyday for 2 weeks now to try to get an appointment. It always puts me on hold and then after like 5 minutes it does a ring again and cuts off. I've left messages after hours too.
My wife was seen by Dr Bodie 3 weeks ago for a cancer spot on kidney and major bladder and kidney infection.She has had this infection for sometime.He told us that he needed to grow urine cultures and schedule a dye test for her bladder.He said it would take a few days.Havent heard one word from him or this office since and been going on 4 weeks now.This is unacceptable far as I'm concern.She is currently at MUSC in Charleston now.Would not recommended anyone to this office
