I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the receptionist at the MUSC Health Pulmonary office in Florence. This appointment was a crucial follow-up scheduled through the 911 Health Monitoring Program regarding a medical irregularity, and it took a very long time to get on the schedule. Due to an administrative error that was not my fault, I was given the address for the Mullins location instead of Florence. I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother. She started going to MUSC Pulmonary Clinic in 2018 and has only had 1 (singular) pleasant experience. I’m a physician and I had a chance to accompany her to her last appointment on 12/29. Her appointment was at 0930. We arrived at 0900. We weren’t brought back to an exam room until 1000.
