My PCP at MUSC’s May River location in Mallory Greenway who took over after Dr Roberts retired. After cycling through 6 previous PCP’s from various offices all of which retired or moved away, I have been delighted with the care provided this MUSC office for several years. Mallory is very knowledgeable, caring and communicates extremely well. The office staff is also very efficient and responds quickly to inquiries in the My Chart portal. This place was great when Dr paletta was there, I was concerned when she left but then Dr Miller took over and she was also wonderful. Then I got another letter that she was leaving and a new doctor was taking over and I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the level of care I am getting from this new doctor. Also staff does not return phone calls in a timely fashion especially when you're waiting for medication refills. I definitely do not recommend especially if you are a senior
After being in this area,moving from Connecticut, 11 years. I have gone through 5 pcp’s. And now Dr. Roberts left. I’m feeling like a serial patient. Dr. Roberts was good. But I only saw her 3 times before she retired. Moving on!!!!
They are very responsive. Very caring!
Friendly staff, welcoming office and wonderful doctor. I’m so happy with this practice.
