Awesome Facility. Clean Facility, Restrooms are to perfection ,smells really good. The patient room clean to perfection. The ladies to the front desk are really nice. And my doctor Dr Jackson is really nice,very thorough. The lady in Lab is perfected in getting blood samples. She did magnificent! The nurse is new there,she is really nice. Love the atmosphere.
Dr. Jackson is amazing. I can't speak highly enough about the care she gives as a Doctor. I'm so glad I found this place.
Had horrible stomach pain and severe bloating. Was given pain medication each of the 3 times I went in for the same issue that was getting worse. THEN I broke my ankle and tore a ligament in my ankle. The Dr told me to come back in 3 weeks for an xray to see if it's worth putting a cast on. Didn't even try to look at the ligaments. He touched briefly with his hands and said it was fine. I took a relative to an appointment, at the North Main Street, location.I couldn't believe the condition of some the chairs in the patient waiting area. How do they clean vinyl chairs that are ripped and torn? First Impressions...Did the MUSC Management Staff look at this before they put that shiney new sign out in front of that office. Patients deserve better.
