What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it still takes 2+ hours to be seen?
It shouldn't be this hard to manage a facility. I had to wait a month to get in, took off from work, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled when I called the day of. They told me the next available appointment would be another month. This is just ridiculous. It hey can't manage appointments, I just can't have much faith in the care they provide.
Dr. Fonseca is a great doctor he actually listens and will try his best to address his patients concerns..The nurses are very friendly and caring also and the front desk check in ladies are sweet hearts..
I've been trying to get my daughter's rx refilled....it's been over 8 days. The pharmacy has sent messages I've called twice, but no only a rude girl on the phone blaming my daughter and I. Then she called in the wrong medicine I tried to call but apparently the # is disconnected. We go every 3 months to get charged for a service, basically so we can get all our meds refilled. I've been a patient there for many years!! I absolutely love Dr Reynolds!! The staff is awesome and they always follow-up on things in a timely manner
