Dr. Fonseca is a great doctor he actually listens and will try his best to address his patients concerns..The nurses are very friendly and caring also and the front desk check in ladies are sweet hearts..
I've been trying to get my daughter's rx refilled....it's been over 8 days. The pharmacy has sent messages I've called twice, but no only a rude girl on the phone blaming my daughter and I. Then she called in the wrong medicine I tried to call but apparently the # is disconnected. We go every 3 months to get charged for a service, basically so we can get all our meds refilled. I've been a patient there for many years!! I absolutely love Dr Reynolds!! The staff is awesome and they always follow-up on things in a timely manner
Soooo over this office!! Ive been with them over a year now and on at least 3 occasions, my prescriptions have been a pain to get filled. No one ever accepts the blame but each time, I had to play middle man and contact CVS who blames the doc. I call the office and per usual, they are always clueless as to what happened. When my doc put me on the dexcom, it literally took 4mo to get it fulfilled at CVS because the office kept giving the run around and acting confused. Staff always very friendly and professional. Never have any problems making appointments or receiving responses from messages sent via MyChart. Would highly recommend.
