This dr.office here are so slow had an appointment at 10 am.its twenty til twelve they still waiting on the dr.to come in
Went in for a routine physical on 11/14/23 using my Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC insurance coverage. I am now being billed for $1700 for the bloodwork done as part of the physical. BCBS says that the lab work was coded improperly, resulting in denial of the claims. I have been told twice by MUSC that this would be reviewed, recoded and resubmitted. I am still waiting on resolution. I like Bill Everall and love having a provider so close but I will not use MUSC going forward and cannot recommend them because of these problems... read more
Awesome experience Dr Kent understood my needs and also explained everything in detail as far as being concerned About The medication he had prescribed Also checkout the my chart comes in handy as well my symptoms Have. Improved greatly and he Also referred me to a great Podiatry That took great care of me
