Dr. Roper is great. Very knowledgeable and always well prepared for my appointments.
Big mix-up with my elderly mother about her appointment time. The issue was entirely THEIR fault and they refused to own up to it. Uncool!
We were caught in traffic on the way because of a serious accident. Thankfully we were not in the accident. When we realized we were not going to be able to make it in time, we called the office and they said as long as we were not more than 30 minutes late, it would be fine. We were 20 minutes late and now they are taking everyone in the waiting room ahead of us. Even people whose appointment was after ours.
