Big mix-up with my elderly mother about her appointment time. The issue was entirely THEIR fault and they refused to own up to it. Uncool!
We were caught in traffic on the way because of a serious accident. Thankfully we were not in the accident. When we realized we were not going to be able to make it in time, we called the office and they said as long as we were not more than 30 minutes late, it would be fine. We were 20 minutes late and now they are taking everyone in the waiting room ahead of us. Even people whose appointment was after ours. Dr Roper saved my life from a heart condition
Awful staff rude with a I don't care about you attitude Camden office needs trained professionals at the front desk they could care less about you as a client or less about your healthcare I have a chronic condition which I should see a Dr when my appointment are made not a nurse practitioner I will be addressing this with Charleston I call this pure negligence on there part after I told them I wanted to see my Dr I was forced to see a nurse practitioner that's not acceptable which I refused to see a nurse practitioner
