My husband had a referral since last year, to get a colonoscopy! It’s been a year ! It’s been 6 months since he called the office and was told they were backed up! Florence doesn’t want the patients , McLeod just as bad !
Roger Polsky has been treating me for my gastro related issues associated with my lupus diagnosis, for almost 8 years and I have to say, I am 100% impressed with his treatment. Couldn’t have asked for her better NP. I highly recommend !
They never answer the phone or return calls! I have called 15 times in two weeks trying to speak to someone. I have left messages as well. Completely ridiculous to have such terrible customer service. Ohhh and they do not respond to MyChart either. But I bet they will want payment when I don't show up. McLeods is no better either. You need to go out of town to find a doctor and a office staff that answers phones.
They get one star because I can’t give ZERO. Over three weeks I have had stomach pains like a Charlie horse right at my rib cage leaving me in a fetal position and can’t eat. Explosive upset stomach. Lost close to 30lbs. They ordered tests. After days of waiting, phone calls and messages on my chart they call me and tell me they can give me an appointment over 3 MORE weeks away. They are busy.
