The absolute worst dr office ever. I’ve been calling for 3 days trying to get meds because my symptoms have returned. I’ve seen Samantha Willard on 8/18/2026 and she has yet to respond to the message and mychart. The office staff told me I just have to wait until she responds. The manager was no help but wanted me to come to the office and pick up a stool sample kit. I told her no because that’s not gonna make me feel better with this nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and can’t eat. They definitely don’t care about the patients.
My husband had a referral since last year, to get a colonoscopy! It’s been a year ! It’s been 6 months since he called the office and was told they were backed up! Florence doesn’t want the patients , McLeod just as bad !
Roger Polsky has been treating me for my gastro related issues associated with my lupus diagnosis, for almost 8 years and I have to say, I am 100% impressed with his treatment. Couldn’t have asked for her better NP. I highly recommend !
