I went to Musc on Friday with some medica issue from the time I enter the front everyone were so pleasant and greet you with a smile,going to the back to see Ms crystal theN/p she was great her hands are cold and I said Jesus take the wheel but trust me she got to the root of the problem,and what makes me love them they call back on Monday and spoke with Jennifer she wanted to make show I was doing what I need to do.love those folk at MUSC HEALTH EXPRESS Lake City.

Went to have my child accessed by a doctor. Her pediatrician could not see her after hours. Went to this place that advertised they closed much later than our arrival. Was turned away because “the provider wanted to leave early.” Ended up with a large ER bill because I couldn’t get her in here to be checked out. I hope the provider enjoyed their time off!
I went to the clinic Thursday (6-5-25). I was checked in. The staff was nice, and so was the doctor. I was dealing with pain issues since Monday. I was told by the doctor that I have a muscle spasm, and that I would be prescribe meds for it. I was asked about what pharmacy, I said Thomas St./LC CVS. So, I waited three hours (got lunch, and waited) until I left to receive my meds. They weren't there! The location was at a Florence CVS! I was so upset. My situation I don't have insurance and I paid for my visit and the meds that were prescribed I started to itch like crazy. I phone and asked if they could get someone to phone in me something that would place the medicine that was causing me to itch. They told me to come and wanted me to pay for another visit for something that I received 2days ago that didn't work for me. What would a simple call to pharmacy would have hurt. I didn't need a visit just medicine that I wasn't having allergic reactions to.
