The utter disregard for patients health and well-being displayed at this office is deeply concerning. Do not expect doctor kunduru to read her notes from your previous care. Every time you walk into the room with her it's like introducing yourself to a brand new doctor. The only thing worse than doctor kunduru is the incompetence of the office staff. They will lose your appointment they will fail to communicate with you. Do not go to this doctor's office. do not let a loved one go to this doctor's office.
You will always have to wait you’re placed in the room and have to wait over and hour pass your appointment time How does this make sense if you’re her first patient…? This is maybe my 4th time here and it’s the same. The patient time isn’t important even though we also have jobs to get to.
I have been here twice. Both times I got taken back at a reasonable speed based on my appt time but once I got put in a room, I had to wait appx an hour before Dr. Deepthi came in. The first time, I waited 45 mins..she lasted all of 5 minutes in the room with me and didn’t seem to truly care about helping me. The second time I waited an entire hour.
