My 2 year old son and i came in for his respiratory problems around midnight from sumter because our local ER is very slow. They took us back almost immediately! While waiting for results to come back, they gave my son a coloring book and crayons to keep him busy. The staff and doctors were great and made him feel much better, which made me feel much better! When i got our bill i was pleasantly surprised with how well the price was. It’s the best ER experience i’ve had. Highly recommend!

Today was overwhelming — I walked into the ER filled with fear, uncertainty, and nerves. But what I found instead was compassion, professionalism, and a team of people who truly cared. Ashley, the Nurse Practitioner, went above and beyond. She took her time with a thorough assessment, explained everything clearly, and even reached out to a specialist to make sure I got the care I needed. We got here and as soon as we got here there was know one at the front counter. We waited a good minute before she came back up. Then while putting on my son's bracelet to get seen on my husband she gives a nasty look like she's never seen a baby cry. Hospital dont need people like that lazy and not worth keeping.
They are great super fast care ,very considerate, and very attentive. I will always make the drive because it's worth it.
