It feels as if MUSC takes hold of you and don't let you go. They medicate you on all these drugs that just don't work. I will always remember, they looked me dead in the eyes and and "You will never get better. This is your way of life for now on." This was told me me when I suggested maybe it was my gut that was causing the issues. They blantly laughed in my face as if I had no clue. I scheduled an appointment to have a few freckles/moles checked. The check-in process was very easy and the assistant was very nice. Two Dr.‘s reviewed my concerns before letting me leave. Very pleased with this appointment & would recommend.
I arrived 15 minutes early and still waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be taken to an exam room. 20 minutes after sitting in the exam room, a nurse popped her head in and asked if I had been seen. 15 minutes later a doctor came in. She rushed me through my concerns and told me laser would be best. I asked about side effects and she seemed annoyed to spend more time with me and said "You have two choices, laser or leave it alone, pick one".
