I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at MUSC with Dr. Richard M. Marchell and front-office staff Abreyonna and Carol. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the excessive wait time, lack of consideration for my time, and poor communication surrounding my recent appointment. It feels as if MUSC takes hold of you and don't let you go. They medicate you on all these drugs that just don't work. I will always remember, they looked me dead in the eyes and and "You will never get better. This is your way of life for now on." This was told me me when I suggested maybe it was my gut that was causing the issues. They blantly laughed in my face as if I had no clue.
