The 2 procedures I recently had at this facility went very smoothly. The staff were all pleasant & efficient, from check in right thru until discharge. My 2 nurses (Gabriel & Whitney) were wonderful and very calming during the pre-op process.

The doctor and his staff are great. The people at the desk are horrible. Demanding co-pays when you do not owe them, asking for money and wrong amounts of money. Passive aggressive micro aggressions by the Financial counselor and office manager. Then in the end told me a lie that my account was in collections and gave a bogus amount that was not real. Avoid this office at all costs, they will deny you visit over a co-pay. The office manager has instructed them they MUST collect a co-pay from EVERY patient and they are graded... read more
