Medicine suppose to automatically refill. Got down to 1 pill left before running out. Went to CVS, they gave me emergency refills (3 pills) until they contacted provider. CVS then sent me message that the provider has not responded for me to call. I called and receptionist said she will relay information that they are out of office until Monday…. Told here I will be out of pills starting tomorrow…. Her response…. I’m sorry! Totally unacceptable!!!!
Was put on hold for 45 minutes and treated badly by reception desk. Still on hold.
