People at the desk cant get a simple address right and the students in the emergency clinic didn't even wait 10 seconds after giving lidocaine to rip my tooth out. I jumped out of the chair in pain but they were in such a hurry to get out of there that they didn't care about me one bit. Pure torture. Most unethical place I've ever experienced. No antibiotics, no gauze, no nothing.... but they had no problem taking 2 hours to take my blood pressure and take 1 x-ray. Was told I would be given a form to submit for my insur... read more
Just had a tooth ripped out of my mouth 10 seconds after improperly injecting lidocaine. I've never experienced so much pain in my life!! These kids are pure hacks, supervised by other kids who are more concerned about getting out the door at 4pm sharp than doing a procedure ethically. I'm hiring an attorney to sue these quacks! I suggest you stay far away from this place!

I was a patient under the care of Dr. Cayouttee. Dr Cayouette is a caring professional. She goes above and beyond to accommodate her patients. The care I received far exceeded what I had received from private practice. Everyone at Faculty Practice is professional, welcoming, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this practice. Please keep in mind that I was a nurse for over 40 years, so I am very aware of standards and procedures.
I was a student at MUSC college of dental medicine from 2006-2010. I just wanted to say that I had such a wonderful educational experience here, and upon my graduation I felt so well prepared for the career of dentistry. Remarkable staff and faculty! Thanks all
Horrible place.used a needle plunger from the 1950s,prices are way to high considering the 4 times my sons and myself went we were not given any pain meds,for $165 i expected at least a enough meds for 24 hrs.offered a man treatment for 30 dollars while i used my bill money to pay for my sons,who was an emergency case,unemployed due to car breaking down,and no money of his own,and homeless.the supervisor not give a sensible reason as to why,so sent receptionist to say they cant discuss patient.my son still has pieces of toot... read more
I have been a patient of the dental program for over 10 years and have been extremely satisfied until the last couple years. I am not meaning the student dentists or Staff Dentists. I am speaking about the people that take care of appointments and the phone is hardly EVER being answered by them. I had always got my next apt as I was leaving from my current visit however they changed that a few years ago and now I have to call them most times or they call in 8 or 9 months instead of 6 months after your last appointment.
