I had a very disappointing experience here. The billing practices were extremely confusing and in my opinion deceptive and egregious. For a single visit, I have continued to receive additional bills months later with little explanation. Equally frustrating was their lack of communication. After my appointment, I had follow-up questions but no one ever returned my calls. Billing, however, is always quick to answer the phone, although their responses were often rude and unhelpful. Dr. Lee was so amazing! I have never had a doctor sit down for that long to go over everything that has been going on. He really took the time to understand what was going on & what we needed to do to get my daughter feeling better. I couldn’t be more happy with how they handled her care. Everyone was super nice & made my daughter feel comfortable. Very thankful for finding this doctor. ❤️
